The client needed an application for submitting and reviewing applications and issuing decisions on the granting of the extended family card and for its partners. The biggest challenge was to adapt the application to the law on the extended family card (2014) and to prepare the system to work at peak times.

The application is aimed at two types of users: people who meet the requirements for obtaining the card and potential partners of the large family card programme.
The system consists of several modules:

• Card service: Processing of applications for the large family card, issuing decisions and the cards themselves.
• Partner support: Registration of companies that undertake to offer benefits (e.g. discounts) to customers with large family cards.
• Reports: Creation of reports from the modules: Card Service and Partner Support.
• Administration: Administration of units and users (roles, authorisations).

In numbers this means:

• 4 application modules
• 357 048 applications submitted in 2022
• 245 763 applications submitted in the first half of 2023
